At Ropashi Jewellery, we maintain a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO EXCHANGE policy under all circumstances.

By placing an order on our website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy.

All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or delay in delivery.
Customers are advised to carefully review product details, descriptions, sizing, and images before making a purchase.

Product Representation Disclaimer:

All product images are for representation purposes only.
Slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Such variations shall not be considered defects and are not eligible for any claims.

Damaged / Incorrect Product Clause:

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory as proof.
Claims without valid proof or after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Any resolution (if approved) will be at the sole discretion of Ropashi Jewellery.
